We undertake to open a dedicated bank account, with the bank of your choice, in the name of the Body Corporate which is exclusive to your complex and no funds can be withdrawn from this account without the "two signature" rule applying. Meaning that cheques must be signed by two trustees one of which must be the Chairperson or a Trustee and our Financial Manager.
