Trustee Meetings

These meetings are but one of the various forums within the Body Corporate environment.  Trustee meetings are usually held on a monthly or bi-monthly basis to enable the trustees to maintain a "hands on" approach to financial, administrative, maintenance, security, repairs and general requirements that occur.  We undertake to attend these meetings, if requested by the trustees.

The running of a sectional title complex is comparable to the running of a business, while the trustees are not expected to delve into any of the topics in great detail they should when necessary seek advice from either the Managing Agent or a Specialist invited to the meeting who can offer informed advice.

    Typical requirement for a Trustee Meeting:
  • Agenda
  • The minutes of the previous meeting.
  • Levy roll/statement.
  • Monthly disbursements.
  • Correspondence.
  • Attendance Register.
