Graeme is a Registered CIPRO Agent and therefore is able to offer the registering of Section 21 Companies for Home Owners Associations which includes compling the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association documents, together with all the official documentation required by CIPRO at the Department of Trade and Industry in Pretoria.  The documents are hand delivered and collected upon registration and copies made for the relative directors of the association.

The cost for this service is R1500.00 a deposit of R500.00 is payable in advance which is to cover the compliation and submission of the documentation, the balance being payable after the CM3 Document (Certificate of Incorporation for Section 21 Company) is obtained.
