About Us

Lad-brooke Property Management is a relatively small but enthusiastic company with wide ranging experience in diverse fields.  We are three people that have come together to put this experience to use in the professional management of Sectional Title Units and Home Owners Association management.  We are a Close Corporation registered on the 11th November 2005 - CK 2005/164310/23, the Portfolio Manager holds a valid Estate Agency Affairs Board Fidelity Fund Certificate.

Our aim is to provide an overall management package thus ensuring the smooth running of your complex by paying attention to detail.

Our Service Fee and Contract

Our service fee is based on the complexity of the services required, although individual complexes have different needs and therefore our fee is calculated accordingly.  We offer a comprehensive Proposal Package in which all aspects of the contract are detailed, once signed this becomes the legal contract.

The contract between Lad-brooke Property Management and the respective Body Corporate is for a period of one year and is reviewed at the Annual General Meeting.
If the Body Corporate does not give notice of termination then the contract is automatically renewed for another year.  The contract must be signed within 30 days of agreement, if not the contract is voidable.  This means that the contract is binding, although either party has the option to set it aside
